Michael Fitzgerald is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a commission as an officer in the United States Army. During ten years of active-duty service, Mr. Fitzgerald commanded multiple combat units ranging in size from forty soldiers to over two hundred troops. After deciding to pursue a legal career, Mr. Fitzgerald transitioned to a role in the United States Army Reserve, where he is currently serving as a Major.
Mr. Fitzgerald attended the Fordham University School of Law. He was the President of the Fordham Law Student Veterans Association and a Staff Member on the Environmental Law Journal. During his time at Fordham he gained valuable practical experience through legal internships with Prudential Financial and the New York Country District Attorney’s Office as a Summer Law Fellow.
Mr. Fitzgerald has a strong passion for leadership, hard work, and service to others. He intends to build his practice in both litigation and transactional work.
